Every month your child will bring home two Scholastic flyers/order forms.  Our class uses Elf and See Saw which offer books that are appropriate to the junior and kindergarten aged children.  Studies have shown that building a library at home which is frequently used by children and parents help increase children's reading abilities and love for books.

The Scholastic program greatly benefits our classroom through student orders.  Even just a small purchase goes towards our classroom earning free books and the teacher receives bonus coupons (a small percentage of the total order) that can be used to purchase more books, materials and manipulatives for your child's classroom and learning activities.

The nice thing about Scholastic books are that they are tax-free (except if combined with a toy or purchasing something other than a book) and they are generally cheaper than purchasing at a store.

If your order is a gift order, please write "GIFT" in big letters on your order form.  I will make sure you order is delivered to you discreetly.
